    Editing and typesetting are priced on word count and page count.

    Condition

    A clean manuscript needs a lighter edit than an early draft.

    Full-colour and illustrated books take more design time than text.

  • Why are there no prices listed?

    Two books of the same length can need very different work. We read the manuscript first, then quote for what it actually needs.

  • Do you take a share of royalties?

    No. You pay for the work once. Every royalty is yours.

  • How do payments work?

    Payment is split across the stages of the project, so you never pay for work that has not started. The schedule is written into your agreement.

  • Can I start with one service and add more later?

    Yes. Nothing locks you in, so you can start with an edit or a cover and add other services when you are ready.
